Brentwood County High School are looking for a highly motivated and organised Sixth Form Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and pastoral support to the Sixth Form Team, and will process, monitor and provide attendance data to meet school requirements for sixth form students. 

 

The Successful Candidate will:

·        Be the first point of contact for attendance and punctuality.

·        Support the sixth form team in dealing with telephone calls relating to attendance and punctuality.

·        Overseeing the sixth form study room - monitoring and supporting the sixth form students

Inputting students onto sims - including personal details and their studies.

·        Build relationships with sixth form tutors and sixth form students/parents

Provide general administrative tasks to support the sixth form department

Motivated and polite pupils, who have a strong voice in the school with diversity champions and student parliament.

Staff are aided by extensive and wide-ranging in-house support and coaching, by dedicated and helpful colleagues.

Knowledgeable and dynamic Trust with supportive governors, with a robust understanding of education.
