An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and inspirational teacher who is passionate about working with pupils who have a broad range of SEND.

Central England Academy Trust provides excellent education to learners in Nuneaton and the surrounding areas. We have three schools: Oak Wood Primary School, Oak Wood Secondary School, and Higham Lane School. Together, we offer a comprehensive education to students aged 4 to 19 in both mainstream and SEN settings. We are a diverse Trust that celebrates individual learning needs, including profound, severe, and complex learning needs.

Oak Wood Secondary School are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled qualified teacher who aspires to be an outstanding practitioner. We particularly welcome applications from teachers with experience of teaching in a primary or secondary setting who have the ability to transfer their skills to working with pupils who may have severe or complex learning difficulties and social and communication learning needs.

We would welcome applications from teachers who have experience in teaching in mainstream or specialist schools. We also encourage outstanding ECTs to apply for this position as full training is provided.
