We are  seeking an enthusiastic, talented and highly motivated teacher of Biology  to contribute significantly to the sustained success of our excellent Science department.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an 11-18 Roman Catholic Girls’ School.  This post would be a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to start their career -  the school has an extensive professional support programme.

The Science Department is a strong and innovative department achieving excellent results, both at KS4 and KS5.  Successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop their A-level teaching with appropriate support and training provided for candidates with no/limited  A-level experience. The Science Department is well resourced with technician support.

We are a thriving and happy school community with a strong family ethos and an excellent reputation leading to heavy oversubscription.

The School is a short walk from Upminster town centre and station where Overground (C2C) and Underground (District Line) services are available; the School is also a short drive from the M25, A12 and A13.  The locality is also well served by frequent bus services.

The successful candidate will:
