We are currently looking to appoint a dynamic, strong, and inspirational teacher of mathematics to join our well-led, experienced mathematics team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear interest in developing mathematics teaching and learning and research informed practice, whilst working alongside a team passionate about securing the best possible outcomes for students. Candidates will be required to teach up to GCSE level and be keen to stretch our highest attaining pupils. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced candidates.

At the Academy, we are committed to supporting the professional development of our staff at all stages of their careers. Each member of our teaching team is paired with an instructional coach, providing tailored support to refine and enhance their teaching practice. We also utilise StepLab; an innovative CPD tool that offers all staff access to high-quality resources and training, helping to further their expertise and classroom effectiveness. Our Early Career Teachers (ECTs) receive additional support through our dedicated ECT mentor and ECT coach, offering guidance both inside and outside the classroom to ensure a smooth transition into the profession and a strong foundation for future growth.
Our new colleague will also benefit from being part of Ormiston Academies Trust, a MAT of 43 primary and secondary academies.
