We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of PE/Cover Supervisor to join The Oakwood Academy.
The role and salary will be split with 0.5FTE as Teacher of Boys PE at KS3 and KS4 (main teacher scale) and 0.5FTE (18.5 hours) as a whole school Cover Supervisor.
The role would suit an ECT looking to progress into a Full Time Teacher of PE role in the future.
The Oakwood Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
