Newton Prep is a successful and dynamic school for children aged between 3 and 13 situated at the heart of one of London’s most exciting areas in Nine Elms. We have high standards and expectations and are interested in education in the fullest sense. We seek to ensure that our pupils benefit from a proper balance of academic excellence, fun and activity combined with strong pastoral support.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to encourage pupils to participate in the academic and wider life of the school, and to assist a team of four class teachers in this aim. The post-holder will work under the direction of the Head of Year to prepare learning resources and support the pupils’ learning, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
