We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our well-established and motivated staff team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual keen to progress their career within a supportive environment.

This role is for a Teaching Assistant who wants to take the next step in their development and:

The successful candidates will provide learning and care support for an individual pupil with special educational needs (SEN) to help work towards the outcomes on their education and health care plan (EHCP) or an individual pupil identified as having additional needs.

This will involve working with the teacher to plan and deliver activities to support the pupil with routines, transitions and behaviour management.

You will work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils, promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
