About Us:
Newton International School Lagoon is a diverse and vibrant educational community. We are currently seeking a Temporary Document Controller for immediate start to support our administrative operations. This position is open exclusively to local hires with a valid Qatar ID.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise school documents effectively
- Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and retrieval of records
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
- Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Valid Qatar residency (required)
- Available to start immediately
- Previous experience in document control or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
