Who Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking qualified teachers with QTS, mentoring experience, and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children. You’ll need availability during or after school hours, and the ability to provide face-to-face tuition. We value excellent communication, reliability, and a passion for safeguarding.
What’s the Role?
- Subjects: Core subjects at KS1, KS2, KS3, including GCSE/Functional Skills.
- Full Time or Part-Time
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (Weekend availability)
- Location: Norfolk (Face-to-face tuition).
- Rate: £31-£45 per hour based on the content, not the learner's age.
KS1 - KS4 Material £31 or £36 (online vs person); KS5 Material or above - £40 or £45 (online vs person)
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or view our alternatives via our website
- Availability during school hours and/or after school
- Ability to provide face-to-face tuition (not online)
- Mentoring experience
- Valid Enhanced DBS check
- Based in the UK
- Right to work in the UK
- Able to work self-employed and up to 15 hours per week
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Excellent communication, timekeeping, reliability, and reporting skills
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
