• Serve as the primary point of contact for employers and curriculum teams for placement-related queries and support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employer contacts, placement opportunities, and student progress using the College’s CRM system.

Essential skills and experience

• Proven experience in sourcing and coordinating work experience or industry placement opportunities

• Proven experience in sourcing and securing new employers for work placements, apprenticeships, or work-related projects.

• Ability to influence and engage employers by clearly communicating the value of student placements and related programmes.

• Strong presentation and persuasion skills to effectively pitch the benefits of partnerships to new employers.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of T-level programmes, related funding, and compliance requirements

• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve business development goals, including expanding employer networks and increasing the number of placement opportunities.
