Children will learn about the different layers in the rain forest, which animals live there and how it compares to the UK.</p> <p>Included in this pack are lesson plans, presentations and work sheets.</p> <p>Teaching this unit will cover the following national curriculum objective:</p> <p>Ge1/1.2 Place Knowledge<br /> Ge1/1.2a understand geographical similarities and differences through studying the human and physical geography of a small area of the United Kingdom, and of a small area in a contrasting non-European country</p>
