HOW TO PLAY</p>
<p>1 YOU NEED 2 PLAYERS TO PLAY THIS GAME.<br />
2 HIDE YOUR GRID FROM THE OTHER PLAYER.<br />
3 EACH PLAYER CHOOSES A CHARACTER AND PUT A RING AROUND THE NAME. DO NOT LET THE OTHER PLAYER SEE THE CHARACTER YOU HAVE CHOSEN.<br />
4 PLAYER 1 GOES FIRST. ASK ONE QUESTION ABOUT THE CHARACTERS APPEARANCE THAT CAN BE ANSWERED YES OR NO.<br />
5 CROSS OUT CHARACTERS THAT YOU HAVE RULED OUT FROM YOUR QUESTION.<br />
6 THE WINNER IS THE FIRST TO GUESS WHO THE CHARACTER THE OTHER PLAYER HAS CHOSEN.</p>
<p>Teacher notes:</p>
<p>Print out the game sheet. Pupils have a sheet each and will play in pairs.</p>
<p>Ask the pupils to write down the questions they asked.</p>
<p>Introduce the idea of a classification tree of questions that would have found the person in the least number of questions.</p>
