<p>Personal statement for newly qualified teachers starting as an ECT1.<br /> Good quality statement which has gotten me an interview at every school I have applied to. It has been viewed and edited by friends who work as SLT and Headteachers.</p> <p>Highlighted sections are for you to change the section to fit the criteria for the school, what you liked about the school and your own interestd outside of school.</p> <p>I also have attached a small email which I send when applying via email.</p> <p>If you are applying through any other means I find it good practice to email the school direct stating you have applied and ‘look forward to hearing from them soon’.
