Focusing more on covering some of the ELGs this year before going onto NC for the children who didn't reach them at the end of reception. This is a handy sheet with all 17 ELGs down one side and a space to write in any children's names who didn't achieve expected at the end of EYFS on the other side.
Children cut out shapes and put them on their 'pizza base' (large circle). They then count how many of each shape they have got on their pizza and record on this sheet.
Ten sentences to print on different colour paper (one sentence per page) and cut up. Children have to put the sentences back together so that they make sense and have the capital letter and full stop in the correct place.<br />
Children can then rewrite sentences to consolidate.
