Children roll a dice and use counters, whichever sound they land on, they must say the sound and give a word which begins with that sound. The same word cannot be used by a different person. The first to the end wins. This will probably work best printed on A3 paper and laminated so it can be reused.</p>

<p>This is a fun way to incorporate addition into active learning. Up to four children can play this game. Print this resource off as A3 and all you need to do is provide the dice and counters.</p>
