<p>So, you’re doing supply teaching. Whether this was your Plan A or something you’d never thought about before don’t panic. As an NQT, I was prepared to look for jobs, apply, interview and be teaching my own class by September. This hasn’t happened for me and yes I’ve been pretty down about it but I’m turning it into a positive. We are good enough, we have worked hard enough, and we deserve a full-time teaching job. We’ve just got to be patient. Our time will come.
