Project originally designed for Y9 SEN students.</p> <p>Students will explore how feelings, ideas and thoughts can be expressed through art.<br /> Students will begin looking at the term abstract before going on to explore abstract artist Wassily Kandinsky, an artist believed to have had synaesthesia, a condition that allows a person to appreciate sounds, colours or words with two or more senses simultaneously.<br /> Students will respond to the work of Kandinsky through linking their own thoughts and feelings by creating own abstract painting whilst listening to music.</p> <p>Lesson 1: Intro- How does music make you feel?
