10 BRIDGING TOPICS for A level Maths

This resource is ideal for potential A level students who can revise over summer holidays to build their confidence before starting the course. I have used the Transition work provided on Edexcel Emporium to collate 10 topics that are essential in preparing for A level Mathematics. I didn’t include all the topics provided as Transition work, as I will be covering more difficult topics in lessons. As well as All-in-1 booklet, I have also seperated the work into 3 word documents (Examples, Practice questions & Answers). This gives you the freedom to choose which of those files you would like to share with your prospective students. Here is the list of those 10 topics:

Expanding brackets and simplifying expressions

Rearranging equations

Rules of indices

Factorising expressions

Completing the square

Solving quadratic equations

Solving linear simultaneous equations

Linear inequalities

Straight line graphs

Trigonometry
