I've written this for KS3 EBD boys. There are links on the lesson plans to websites. It is a full scheme of work with attached power points, worksheets and activities.
This scheme takes the group step by step through the stages of how to write a story. It is adapted from the government initiative 'Improving Childrens Writing' getting children from level 3 to level 4. I have changed it a little, so that it is also suitable for level 2 and 3 as well. Some resources you will have to get from the government published folder 'improving childrens writing'.
A KS3 Medium Term Plan of Work with resources that covers a number of writing objectives, both non-fiction and fictional writing, and researching and investigating using Goosebumps plus others. Contains worksheet activities for sequencing writing, identifying similes, non-fictional writing designed for the purpose of instruction, vocabulary improvement and making predictions.
Comprehensive Scheme of Work about Earthquakes, their effects and how they affect people. Written for Y8/9 EBSD boys. I use promethean and if you look at my planning there are hyperlinks to stuff too.
This is my NPQSL final assignement. when i was completeing my NPQSL the hardest thing i found was not being able to see how it was meant to look. This isnt the only way you can structure your NPQSL but its how i did it and it was successful.

Please remember this isnt a resource it is purely here as i wanted to help people with their NPQSL. I am not asking you to grade it or comment on the contents. (i passed with flying colours). However you can say thank you and give me 5* as a gesture of good will but to give me less is an insult as its not for you to mark. here endeth the rant.
