When working at the International School of Bremen i coordinated the innovative International Middle Years Curriculum. The curriculum is theme based and requires an interactive introduction known as ‘The Big Idea’ .
The theme here is ‘Relationships’ and the premise is that in relationships there is always a need for problem solving.
This presentation can be, and i would welcome, being adapted to the individual needs of every educational setting, the pairs list attached for example has a German theme.
I see the presentation adapted and used in curriculum areas as a lesson starter, but would be especially suitable for PSHE sessions.
