10x GCSE 9-1 Computer Science Challenge Grids (& Answers)

Designed with retrieval practice in mind, I’ve created 10 Challenge Grids for the OCR 9-1 GCSE Computer Science syllabus.

These challenge grids are designed to be used as starter (over a series of weeks) or revision sessions where students are having to call upon knowledge from the whole component 1 specification.

All the questions are colour coded, each colour represents a section of the specification, these are clearly identified on each of the challenge grids to support students self identify areas of weakness.

In the download pack you’ll find:

• A3 worksheets containing the 10 challenge grids
• A PowerPoint also containing each of the challenge grids plus another slide with suggested answers
• An A4 reflection worksheet, allowing students to keep track of their scores, identify gap areas in their knowledge and set themselves a target for improvement.
