This resource is designed to be used alongside a 5 week bakery cookery club. The booklet allows pupils to take the recipes home and cook them again in the future. The booklet includes health and safety rules, recipes and evaluation pages.
This resource has been well received with pupils from year 7 up to year 11.
The recipes have been chosen to allow pupils to utilise a range of methods and techniques utilised in baking e.g. melting method, rubbing in method, creaming method.
They have also been ordered from most easy to more difficult so to allow pupils to progress over the 5 weeks.
Sessions should be between 1 hour to 1 hour 30 for these recipes to be completed on time.

Viennese Fingers
*Complimentary Cookery club Expression of interest letter also included.
