A context lesson revising easy facts about the Victorian era. Students make general links to the novel. Students can then develop this further to consider how they can link context to specific quotations. Challenge is added to this as they must also analyse the language before they make the links. This allowed for students to revise two assessment objectives successfully. Two really simple but effective revision lessons.
