This lesson is the second lesson in the A Level Comparative Politics unit - it involves looking at the US constitution and comparing its nature with that of the UK.

This lesson focuses on codification; the constitutional framework and the vagueness of the Constitution with a focus on key terms, and contains activities and discussions to extend student thinking.

This lesson would take an hour to teach, however the task may need to be completed as home study. It is fully resourced but some of the activities require reference to the Pearson Edexcel A Level text book.
