Key Stage 4 ~ GCSE Biology~ introductory lesson to Aerobic Respiration. In this lesson pupils will describe aerobic respiration and write a word equation for it, list some uses for the energy transferred by respiration and recap how the reactants for respiration reach respiring tissues. This lesson links respiration to earlier course content (Topic 1 - Cells, and Topic 2 - Organisation). Extension questions are included on the slides and there is a pick and mix of different tasks to select from for your students. Follows the GCSE Biology AQA course.
