An Inspector Calls: All characters, context and Priestley's views

PPTs and all resources for 21 lessons introducing the play, looking briefly at the Inspector then focusing on Arthur, Sheila and Gerald, Mrs Birling, Eric, Priestley's message, the play's denouement and the context of the play. Instructions and timings are in the notes section at the bottom of the first slide. I have left annotations on the slides just to show how lessons went with my class. Quite vocabulary heavy in terms of activities - this is a particular need for our students to develop. Lessons are focused on plot/character knowledge, vocabulary development and response to the text. Lessons originally designed for middle-ability Year 10, and led to very pleasing exam results!
