Songs about Ancient Egypt and PowerPoints to go with them. “Hootin’ Rootin’ Tutankhamun” is written in the style of a Hoe Down and the introductory notes can be played on the open strings of a violin or on a glockenspiel. Others include “Mummies” and “The Curse of Tutankhamun.” I’ve tried to make the songs fun to sing as well as being factually accurate. I’ve added the version of the ppt with vocal and piano tracks embedded. Please drop me a note if you’d like any hints about using the song.
