Each lesson takes around 1 hour to deliver, with the exception of 1 or 2 taking slightly longer depending on delivery.
Each handout includes a starter task, definitions, diagrams, student tasks, exam questions and teacher marking grid. The PowerPoint supplements the handout with explanations, diagrams and student tasks for easy lesson delivery. The Q and A document includes the mark schemes for the exam questions.
Lessons can be delivered without the handout but lesson time will be maximised if the handout is used. Lesson numbers follow on from cardiovascular system (lessons 1-8), respiratory system (lessons 9-13), neuromuscular system (lessons 14-15).
