A complete lesson revising sections 4.1.2 and 4.1.2 of AQA trilogy and AQA Biology- cell structure, stem cells and cell division.
It starts by reminding students of the difference between plant and animal cells before looking at microscopes and the cell cycle. The includes some summary and some exam questions to check for understanding. the lesson then moves onto stem cells covering what they are and their uses again including summary questions.
The lesson closes with a series of long answer exam questions practicing evaluative techniques with a particular focus on different uses of stem cells or stem cell
