What extent does Shelley present the monster as evil in this extract and elselwhere in the novel?
It is from the 2017 GCSE English Literature Paper 1: Shakespeare and 19th Century Novel.
The exam style repsonse is colour coded to indicate the following assessment criteria:
Green = subject terminology
Red = evidence from text
Purple = explanation of language/form/structure
Blue = Writer’s ideas/themes + LINKS TO CONTEXT
