Armistice resources - primary

A set of resources for primary school teachers which can be used to develop pupils understanding of the Armistice which resulted in the end of World War I. It includes a series of lesson plans which will help primary pupils understand the events leading up to, on and after the signing of the Armistice on 11th November 1918, the events which take place on Armistice Day today and the emotions experienced by people following the news of the Armistice in 1918.
