The Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training present a lot of challenges for both Assessors/Course leaders who deliver the contents and the trainee teachers who are supposed to provide the evidence required to meet the Learning Criteria for all the mandatory modules and the optional ones.

This Assignment Support provides a step by step guide to trainee teachers to understand how to write their course work/assignment to meet the assessment criteria irrespective of your level of Experience experience
I have carefully selected the themes ion the unit amplification provided by Pearson EDucation UK. This is because Pearson remains one of the few organisation who provides contents/curriculum to all the Assessment criteria. This has been based on the Pearson Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training released on for first teaching in January 2014, Pearson (2017)

This resource looks at Theories in Education and Training which is a prerequisite for being able to progress to do the other two mandatory units:
1. Developing Teaching learning and Assessment
2. Teaching Learning and Assessment.

In this resource, Assessors, programmme leaders and trainee teachers teachers on the level 5 Diploma in education and Training would understand the various ways of providing evidence required for each assessment criteria.

This resource comprises of two individual documents namely
(1) Free Assignment sample ( do not submit this work as your own as this is my own work which has already been submitted through Turnitin )
(2) Step by step guide to completing your own work on analysis of theories/Modules /Principles of education and Training. In this document you will be able to address these assessment criteria:

1. Analyse theories, principles and models of learning
  1. Explain ways in which theories, principles and models of learning can be applied to teaching, learning and assessment
