If you’re unsure about the quality of behaviour and attitudes in your setting, a good starting point is a Behaviour and Attitudes Audit, followed up with a Behaviour and Attitudes Action Plan. This Behaviour and Attitudes Audit resource is broken down into categories, including Climate, Culture and Ethos, Pupil Behaviour, Engagement and Motivation, Parent and Carer Voice and Community Engagement, Staff Voice and Development, Policies and Procedures, Pupil Voice, Learning Environment and Attendance, so that you can assess the quality of the provision your setting provides. This may also be a good tool to use with a link governor or the wider governing body.
