Questions made for revising biopsychology in psychology A-level efficiently and productively (based on AQA specification). However, this set of active recall does not contain neither of the biological rhythms nor endogenous pacemakers and exogenous zeitgebers.
The procedure for this type of active recall is going through each question and answering the question without the use of your notes/resources. Ensure you take note of the questions you get incorrect and study them with your notes. Then use the spaced revision technique to go through the incorrect questions until they are answered correctly.
This type of revision can be done alone or in a group setting. Teachers can use these questions to discover the weakest areas within their students and focus on these areas and so can students.
All answers can be found in both the “AQA psychology A level 1& AS student and year 2 books”.

I paid £7 just to get a sheet of paper with the spec on it. There are no resources on there. Not worth it.
