28 NO-PREP two-minute Brain Breaks you can use as back to school ice breakers, energizers, mindfulness breaks, movement breaks etc. in Middle School and High School, or Upper Elementary. Project the PowerPoint and click on the built-in spinner to select a random Brain Break. Help students refocus and relax, as well as get to know each other and have fun! Great as a classroom management tool and a way to build community, as well as increase student wellbeing.
Use in any class, for any subject - the Brain Breaks contain a range of activities linked to many subjects. When your students appear tired and lacking in focus, just take a two-minute break to get them ready to learn again.
These brain breaks are tried-and-tested by my Middle School and High School students. They love them - perfect when students just need a quick mental break or a chance to take a breather. You can even use them with adults to wake them up during meetings!
The PowerPoint is editable so you can replace some slides if you wish.
You must use this slideshow with PowerPoint - the spinner does not work on Google Slides. Be sure to click ‘slide show’ and then the play/pause button on the spinner
