Contains:
Activity One: Children read simple definitions of being mean and bullying and then must explain the difference between the two things to 3 people and listen to 3 people explain it to them. An excellent strategy for consolidating concepts.
Activity Two: Children read through the statements with a partner (or individually if preferred), discuss and then decide which statements demonstrate bullying.
Activity Three: Multiple Choice – children read 3 different scenarios and choose the best way to react from the responses given. Great for generating discussion around the topic.
Activity Four: What if?.. This activity uses the scenarios from Activity Three and children predict what might happen if they chose a different reaction.
