Resources for the Close Study Product for the reformed AQA GCSE Media Studies course. Designed for AQA, also applies to Eduqas and anyone discussing Magazine front covers and Semiotic analysis. The Powerpoint includes all of the framework theory, covers all questions relating to the CSP and allows for independent analysis of other media texts. lessons work with a resource booklet for students to complete to complement the teaching resources (and act as a study/revision resource).
Also included are 2 additional powerpoints that can be used as a digital or physical resource to scaffold the analysis of magazine covers using the theoretical framework and also using Propp’s character theory.
