A lesson that looks at the events leading to the North Korean invasion, with a worksheet created to help students organise their notes and a diagram to annotate. The lesson has got a lot of information to deliver but is broke up with questions to pose to students to assess understanding. The lesson then looks at how the US, UN and Soviet Union official officially responded to the invasion and students looking at the UN resolution, Truman’s speech and a transcript of the soviet radio broadcast.
