This is a simple tool to be used for SEN provisions and children with organisational or behavioural needs. It simply allows you to have a morning or afternoon check-in with your pupil. You would discuss each section and allow the children to check off the areas- they can then take the sheet home at the end of the day. Really simple and effective.
