first lesson is to devise a warm up
I have included the PPT and the structure of the lessons, it is very simple but I am sure it would save someone alot of time.
I have kept it cheap so that loads of people can benefit from it. The way we do it is we teach a basic 16 count routine and then they develop it watching the videos in the PPT.
If you are not a dance teacher have the students create 8 counts in pairs and teach each other, their 8 counts to create a full routine.
