Here is a desktop organiser I use to keep organised. You can edit the background on the PowerPoint and then once your happy with your design you can use the snipping tool and save as an image to set as your dekstop background. I then you use the sticky note app to add sticky notes into the 3 headings and I can type my to do list and edit as and when needed.
