Differentiated Smoking Worksheet and PowerPoint instructions for GCSE Grades 6, 7, 8 and 9

This resource can be used as an assessment tool to check the students learning of smoking and the dangers of smoking. The resource contains:

A PowerPoint containing 4 slides:

1 and 2) Slides with the instructions of how to chose and answer the differentiated worksheet questions. The students can either choose one task or complete all of them- It's up to you how you would like to use this resource.
3) A slide with the answers for the gap fill so that the students can self/peer assess their work.
4) A slide to assess which grade the students have achieved.

The differentiated worksheet contains the following activities:

1) Gap fill of the key information (Grade 6)
2) Evaluation question (Grade 7)
3) Glossary making activity (Grade 8)
4) Linking the 7 key words activity (Grade 9)

I used this worksheet during an observation lesson where I achieved an outstanding. It works well!
