The play is set in a doctor’s waiting room, with the characters trying to remember something important.
The play is original and fun for students to either perform in front of an audience, or to read as part of guided reading / literacy circles. Each character’s part is highlighted throughout the script, so all that the teacher needs to do is print the play and it’s ready to go. As well as the script, each play has discussion questions and a designing activity.
The play is appropriate for students in 3rd- 7th Grade and can be performed in about 7-10 minutes.

I am so happy to have found Fifth Floor Drama. I have been using this script with a Y5/6 class as a reading/drama session combined and has been brilliant for hooking the children. I will absolutely be buying more of your scripts as they fill a huge gap in the market. After searching for hours for short scripts suitable for this age and use in small groups - you have saved me writing my own.
