A textbook style guide that can be used by teachers to plan lessons and resources and can also be used by students to aid revision.
The guide provides an in-depth analysis of each of the set products in Component 1 (fully updated for 2024/2025) and breaks them down into media language, context and representation, whilst also including key knowledge for both Sections A and B. The guide takes readers through each question, including sample full mark responses and linking to key theories.
The book can be used for planning lessons or could be given to students as a stand alone revision guide. Chapters are broken down into each of the set products and provide an in-depth analysis of each of the set products.
The guide was used by my own students this year, and so has been updated (taking out Pride and adding Vogue) for the new academic year.
