  1. Observe the effects of exercise on the human body - children predict, exercise, make observations and discuss changes.
  2. Learn about why the body responds to exercise

An engaging and exciting series of lessons to launch the topic into animals, including humans for the following objectives:

  • identify that humans and some other animals have skeletons and muscles for support, protection and movement
  • identify and name the main parts of the human circulatory system, and describe the functions of the heart, blood vessels and blood.
