English Functional Skills - Entry Level 3 - Writing Composition

This bundle contains resources that have been designed for students working towards Entry Level 3 Functional Skills English qualifications (Edexcel, City and Guilds, NCFE, NOCN). Workbook

The 69-page workbook contains 22 information pages, 43 worksheets, two progress checks and a certificate of achievement. Tasks include:

writing compound sentences
writing paragraphs
deciding when to use formal/ informal language
writing in Standard English
using appropriate format and structure for the audience
using titles, headings, subheadings
using bullet points and numbered lists

The workbook is provided in PDF format and an editable PowerPoint version to enable personalisation of the resource. It can be used for classwork, homework, revision or as an independent learning pack.
