Exploring Poetry - Exploring Lion Poetry

A grid based lesson that encourages students to be more independent in their learning by choosing for a bank of tasks to analyse poetry. This resource can be used in many different ways depending on student ability levels - this allows for various levels of differentiation within the same lesson. In this ppt I provide slides themed around exploring poetry linked to the theme of 'lions' (along with two poems which can be used in the lesson) as well as providing slides without any link to lions so that you can use the same resource with any poetry of your choice.
