This Finding Nemo Movie Guide | Worksheet | Questions | Google Slides (G - 2003) is a classic movie that students still love, even though they weren’t born when it was released! Challenge students to analyze Nemo and Marlin’s characters, their decisions and their growth. Ask students to connect Nemo’s experiences to their own experiences on the first day of school and how they react when people doubt them. Finally, research the open ocean zones that Mr. Ray talks about on the first day of school.

This resource consists of 11 high-level, short answer and essay questions that will do more than just ask your students to regurgitate information.

• Distribute the google forms version to each student
• Use the screen sharing tool on your group call software to play the movie
• Pause the movie at each question to give students time to write/discuss
