This worksheet is intended for the upper key stage 2, years 5 and 6.
Its aim is to help pupils with finding a percentage of a given quantity by building on the knowledge they previously have gained on percentages. It should aim to increase this knowledge by doing more work on percentages by increasing the level of difficulty, just slightly.
The idea of Decimals is highlighted, in order for pupils to use the DC (decimal point) to find the percentage.
An example is given in clear steps to help pupils on how to move the Decimal Point, in order to work out the percentage.
