French complex structures. French GCSE/early A level grammar worksheets on avoir expressionswhich includes grammatical rules and a variety of scaffolded activities. There are quite a lot of sentences to translate into French and into English to help your students with their writing skills but also their translation ones.

(avoir peur de, avoir mal, avoir envie de, avoir besoin de, etc.)

To stretch your most able students, they will also be asked to use the verb ‘to have’ with different tenses. (help provided)

I made sure to use common nouns and verbs found in GCSE core vocabulary lists so that the focus can solely be on grammatical concepts.
